- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Exceptional Communication skill

**Experience:

- **1 or 3 Year

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare purchase orders.
- May advise and assist departments in the selection of supplies and equipment.
- Administer contracts, assuring that terms and conditions are met within specification.
- Perform related procurement activities as assigned.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment to identify, clarify and resolve routine purchasing problems (e.g. resolve discrepancies on purchase orders as they arise).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
