Job Profile:
Are you a Recruitment freak, who loves to scratch and find people of niche skills? This Talent Acquisition professional will be instrumental in designing strategies in hunting down techies in shortest span there by achieving long-term company objectives.
What we are looking for in you
- Good experience using portals like Monster, Naukri, Shine etc.
- Good experience in hunting profiles through Linkedin, Telegram or other social media
- Slightly experienced with a level of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment with maximum closures
- Communication and multi-tasking are your notable strengths
- Willingness to go to exceptional lengths to hire the best people for us in the most optimal time possible
- You’re an avid social media user and know tricks n techniques to attract the right talent

Roles and Responsibilities
- Passion for Recruitment
- Flexible and on-demand hiring skills to suit the needs of diverse requirements by trying new methods or tools for searches in a wide range
- Adaptable mindset to learn new hiring techniques
- Patience to stay strong even when the pool out is very less with minimum profiles
- Good experience preparing JD’s, job postings in various portals,social media posts etc. to get maximum inflow of resumes
- Work closely with different teams to hire the best Resource in the shortest span of time
- Ability to identify problems and find necessary hindrance solvers to hit the goals
