We are an established Electrical Vehicle Manufacturing Company located in Singur, Hooghly. We are currently seeking a Female Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer information in the system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bengali. Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Singur, West Bengal (preferred)
