**Responsibilities**:
The position is for a producer which supports projects and development teams for Rakuten Payment
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing the entire product line life cycle
- Prepare the proposal and share with Business and get approval
- Close collaboration with Business team and communication will be in Japanese langauge
- Defining the requirement specifications from the business side for the development team
- Prepare project plan and Monitor and control the project progress
- Defining and tracking KPIs for each service

**Manage project delivery and timelines Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)
- Possess KPI management knowledge/experience
- Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management
- High problem solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions
- Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have good judgment
- Ability to manage cross functional development team Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in using version control (GIT) and other tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, Jira
- Agile certification
- Scrum master
