**Key Responsibilities**:Implementation & Configuration**:

- Lead or support full-cycle Oracle PBCS implementations.
- Configure planning modules including **Workforce**, **CapEx**, **Financials**, and **Projects**.
- Develop and maintain metadata, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
- Create and manage calculation scripts, Groovy rules, and data maps.

**Data Integration & Automation**:

- Integrate PBCS with ERP systems using **Data Management**, **FDMEE**, or **EPM Automate**.
- Automate data loads, validations, and transformation processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.

**Planning & Forecasting**:

- Translate business requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to optimize planning cycles and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports using **Smart View**, **FR Studio**, and **Management Reporting**.

**Client Engagement & Support**:

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
- Document functional specifications and user guides.

**Required Skills**:

- 4-6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 2-3 years in PBCS.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning models.
- Hands-on experience with PBCS configuration, business rules, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in **Smart View**, **Groovy scripting**, and **EPM Automate**.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (PBCS or EPBCS).
- Experience with other EPM modules like **FCCS**, **ARCS**, or **EDMCS**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
