**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Medical Coding & Billing**: Accurately code patient diagnoses and procedures using standard coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- **Insurance Claims Processing**: Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement; track the status of claims to ensure timely payment.
- **Payment Posting & Reconciliation**: Post payments to patient accounts, reconcile accounts, and follow up on any outstanding or unpaid claims.
- **Patient Account Management**: Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment options, and insurance coverage.

**Additional Qualifications**:
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (e.g., CPC, CBCS, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and medical insurance policies.

**Education**:
- **Required**: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical billing and coding program is strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
