**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals.
- Provide accurate information about the products, including dosage, side effects, and benefits.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meetings, and product awareness camps.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and report to the management.
- Maintain records of daily calls and follow-ups through company CRM or reporting systems.
- Ensure timely payment collection and inventory management (if applicable).
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and conferences.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
