**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive in a Study Abroad Company is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's study abroad programs, attract prospective students, and enhance the organization's brand presence in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach and engage prospective students.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with the company's branding.
- **Event Planning and Participation**:

- Organize and participate in events, fairs, and workshops to promote study abroad programs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to capture prospective student inquiries.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to nurture leads and convert them into applicants.
- **Collaboration with Partners**:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other partners.
- Develop co-marketing initiatives to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education industry.
- Use market insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies and optimal return on investment.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
