**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design and Development**:

- Create and design high-quality graphics, including logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, web design elements, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and marketing goals.
- Ensure all design work is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with project requirements.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and objectives.
- Communicate design concepts and revisions clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, including design assets and version control.
- Review and proofread designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on brand developments and make adjustments to design elements as needed.

**Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate.
- Explore new design styles and technologies to enhance the visual impact of design projects.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance design work.
- Continuously seek opportunities for design improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.

Working hours: 9 hours (9 am to 6 pm)
