- Research and understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities to create content that resonates with our readers.
- Produce clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various stages including articles, blog posts, Guest posts, case studies, newsletters and more.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.
- Contribute to content planning and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive content experience for our audience.
- Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content channels to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand values.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and content ideation to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, content creator, or similar role, with a focus on software products and solutions.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality content that adds value to the reader.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
