Job Description:
**It includes Team Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Comparisons, making COPs, making BoQs, making PO & WO, Planning priorly for critical situations.**
- Coordination with team members, agencies, clients.
- Weekly tracking of work done on site, quality checking, Issues to complete the planned work.
- ISO monthly Audits with Training needs assessment & tracking.
- Weekly Progress Report of site - If work is being done by the schedule or being delayed.

Tender preparation
- Preparing tenders for projects where required, with necessary terms and conditions.
- Floating tenders and co-ordinating the entire process till appointment of contractor.
- Create and track the tender even schedule / Procurement tracker.

Cost management
- Create preliminary and detailed budget of the project
- Track and Monitor Budget on Monthly basis
- Create Cash flow on approved budget basis and track the same on Monthly basis

Leadership Role
- Assist Reporting manager for business development and Project management.
- Assist Management for ISO documentation upgrade.
- Innovate and propose latest digitization practices.
- Assist Reporting manager for Meeting management and digital communication.
- Learn and give training to the team as and when needed for the respective processes of SSACT.
- Perform regular process audits and report to the Reporting manager.
- Elevate yourself to perform the role of Project Coordinator.
- Evaluate your own performance using allotted PMS form every three months.

2. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience

3. Male female both are ok

4. Loyalty is the most important criteria

5. Immediate joining from 1st March 2025 is a deal breaker.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
