Our company is seeking a talented social media manager to assist us as we grow our brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence and organization's online presence. We are looking for someone who is creative thinker that has excellent attention to detail and their finger on the pulse with social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**

Strategy: Develop, implement and manage the entire social media strategy across platforms.

Content creation: Research and write compelling content for social media platforms including video scripts for content, reviewing scripts, collaborating with teams for shoots.

Content distribution: Maintain the content calendar, and distribute content across platforms regularly.

Growth and experiments: Come up with ideas and execute experiments for growth.

Data & reporting: Track the performance of all content across platforms, and monthly reports to deliver insights and change strategy accordingly.

Create reels i.e shooting of videos for reels, creating content for reels because it's trendy

Team collaboration: Collaborate with all other teams for smooth operations.

Design & own the overall Social Strategy by defining the role of each platform, mapping business/ marketing objectives & platform audience

Drive content innovation by inspiring agency creatives, collaborating with content creators, brand partnerships, riding emerging trends, and active experimentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
