*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team As a Shop Assistant, you'll provide excellent customer service, maintain store displays, and support sales efforts to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- *Sales Support:* Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, making recommendations, and promoting products.
- *Store Maintenance:* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including displays, stockrooms, and fitting rooms.
- *Inventory Management:* Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing stocktakes.
- *Cash Handling:* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- *Visual Merchandising:* Create visually appealing displays and maintain store layouts to showcase products effectively.
- *Team Support:* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team environment.

*Requirements:*
- *Skills:* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- *Availability:* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- *Physical Ability:* Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise, and stand for long periods.
