**Position Overview**

**Delhi**: 1 Full-time Vacancy

**Reports to**: Chief Orthodontist

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor of Dental Surgery

**Whom are we looking for?**

A Go-Getter who can build an instant connection with the patients and are on their feet who can resolve patient's issue collaborate with other departments if required and monitor the patient's treatment progress time to time.

**Role Overview**:
As the core product of our start-up is invisible aligner, hence this role is a crucial one for us.
- It will be part of the City Dental Team, this role has majorly 3 aspects, but not limited to: _

Explaining about aligner and Our Process and Product benefits Leading to Conversion

Closely Monitoring Treatment Progress of Patients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing Consultation, explaining products and procedures in line with the Values and Vision that our Company stands for
- Engaging with potential Patients during Scan and via Audio & Video consultations and addressing their queries on the Why’s & How’s of invisible aligners to drive towards conversion.
- Explain the treatment process, highlighting the benefits and fitment.
- Do consultative and collaborative selling of our ‘Invisible Aligner Systems’.
- Monitoring treatment progress via images/videos and doing any clinical intervention needed like IPR/attachment/Oral scans etc.
- Operate in a synced manner with cross-functional teams.
- Build and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Overall, Problem-solving for Consumers/Patients and coordination as per the requirement, along with Handling (if any) operations-related activities on the go.

**Qualification**

**Desired Qualification and Experience**:

- Experience: 0-1 year
- You are expected to know the basics of dentistry.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate clearly.
- Experience in interacting, engaging, and influencing prospective consumers would be an additional value.
- Person should be comfortable working in Digital Ecosystem, as we are a Digital led, D2C setup, digital is the very backbone on which we are built.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with a goal driven fast-paced and always-on environment
