- As a part of Engine Field Testing
- Engine Development, you will be responsible to maintain the smooth operation of Lab’s Dilute and CVS emission system**A Day in the life**
- Your key responsibilities will be:
Daily checks on Emission system and its calibration, Zero/Span check of each analyzer
Ensuring downtime of the lab is minimized
Lab utilization report preparation after emission test completion as per emission legislation
In-House calibration of Analyzer CVS Calibration, Linearity, Propane injection check, Nox convertor efficiency check (through GDC& SAO)**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.E/B Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Expertise and in depth Knowledge of Emission system Dilute & CVS operations
Very good knowledge of Emission norms
Half yearly and Yearly Maintenance of CVS system, Dilute emission system in -House
knowledge of various test cycles (WMTC Classes) preparation in automation system as per new legislation
Knowledge of Chassis Dyno operations, load cell calibration and its performance.
interfacing of instruments/channel in each specific test.
Hands on experience of various automation software like STAR VETS, PUMA, IGEM etc**Behavioural Skills**
