Platform Architect

Experience in designing and implementing collaborated solutions and end-to-end pipelines on DevOps, or, DevSecOps, moving from CI-CD environments
- Proven excellence in Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices for highly scalable systems in a Distributed Environment
- Experience with Container deployment and Service orchestration, especially with micro-services in on-prem/cloud, or hybrid systems
- Experience with Blue-Green Deployment to reduce downtime and risk, provide continuous deployment and fast rollback, and hands-on experience in configuration verification, and root-cause/failure analysis.
- Experience working in Agile Teams adhering to the Agile Model.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- A keen eye for current breakthroughs and propose more efficient approaches through the detailing of a proposed design and ways to implement it, w.r.t. the best practices and emerging concepts in CI-CD landscape.- Proven experience in Application development lifecycle involving devops and containerized workloads
- Solid experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift ecosystem

Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients/Application Owners, understanding their unique requirements, and providing expert guidance on ensuring the integration of security measures into the entire DevOps lifecycle, promoting a culture of security, and mitigating risks associated with software development and deployment.
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DevSecOps projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Secure DevOps Consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance on project delivery, professional development, and skill enhancement.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of secure DevOps solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud native implementation, containerization, and automated security controls.
- Collaboration with Clients: Collaborate closely with internal clients/Application Owners to understand their business objectives, security requirements, and DevOps processes, ensuring the successful integration of security measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevSecOps practice, staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving security threats. Evaluate, cutting-edge DevSecOps tools and technologies.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, keeping them informed about the latest advancements in DevSecOps and and security best practices.
- Handle resolution of blockers, escalation to stakeholders, provisioning of resources and change in plans for DevOps/Platform team
- Meet with stakeholders and internal teams to communicate and agree on plans and manage notifications when issues arise
