IT Support

Should have good knowledge of SAP Functional Modules (MM,SD,PP,QM)
- Should have good knowledge of SAP Basis Module and SAP Hana Server administration
- Should have knowledge SOPHOS Firewall configuration and policy creation
- Should have knowledge of CCTV Related all activity
- Should have knowledge Windows Servers, N Computing Server and PC configuration and error resolve
- Should able to resolve problems related to PC/Laptop/Printer and Hardware issues
- Should have knowledge of SEQRITE antivirus and how to create security and restriction in system through antivirus
- Should have knowledge of barcode printers laser printers and colour printers related issues
- Should have knowledge of Data Backup through NAAS
- Should have knowledge of attendance machine related software and configuration settings
- Should able to manage all IT assets related documents and data
- Coordinate with Vendors and service provider for service and product related support
- Good knowledge of Computer Networking
- Should have knowledge of Linux OS based Server or Windows Server
