**Job Title: Part-Time Sports Teacher (B.Ped - Cricket & Football)**

Remuneration: 400/class

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cricket Training:

- Plan and conduct cricket training sessions for students of varying skill levels.
- Teach fundamental cricket skills, including batting, bowling, fielding, and game strategy.
- Organize and supervise cricket matches, tournaments, and practice sessions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during practice and matches.
- Football Training:

- Plan and conduct football training sessions for students, focusing on skill development and team play.
- Teach techniques in dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and overall game tactics.
- Organize and supervise football matches, tournaments, and skill development activities.
- Foster team building and sportsmanship among participants.
- Physical Education & Fitness Development:

- Incorporate general fitness, strength training, and agility exercises into training routines.
- Monitor and assess the physical fitness progress of students.
- Student Engagement:

- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their personal and athletic potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.PEd) or equivalent.
- Certification or experience in coaching cricket and football is a plus.
- Experience:

- Previous experience in coaching or training cricket and/or football teams at school or community level.
- Familiarity with teaching young athletes and managing diverse groups of students.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of physical fitness, injury prevention, and sports-related health practices.
- Ability to plan and execute engaging and effective training sessions.
- Other Requirements:

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including after-school and weekend sessions.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- A passion for sports and promoting physical activity.
