Job Description for Labourer in Roofing Sheet Production
**Job Title**: Labourer
**Department**: Roofing Sheet Production
**Reports To**:Murugan - 6384181826 ,Gopinath - 9843732255
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Machinery**
- Assist in operating the **Roofing Sheet Profile Machine** to produce roofing sheets according to specifications.
- Operate the **Crimping Machine** to bend and curve roofing sheets as required.
**Material Handling**
- Load and unload roofing sheets during and after production.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of roofing sheets to avoid damage.
**Accessories Management**
- Assist in cutting and preparing accessories such as flashings, ridges, and other sheet components as per customer requirements.
- Handle **accessory pending** tasks, ensuring all parts are ready for assembly or dispatch.
**Quality Assurance**
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
**Safety and Compliance**
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during operations.
- **General Support**:
- Provide assistance to other team members during peak production times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pay: ₹550.00 - ₹600.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
