- Training: Instrument technicians may train clients on operation and safety instructions.
- Documenting: Instrument technicians document all work performed using computer-based service reporting procedures.
- Complying with regulations: Instrument technicians ensure FDA compliance or meet other legal requirements as applicable.
- Collaborating: Instrument technicians may collaborate with electronic engineers and other plant professionals.
- Following policies: Instrument technicians follow plant policies and repair procedures.
- Wearing safety equipment: Instrument technicians wear proper safety equipment in appropriate areas.
