**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & Website Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to improve organic ranking.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute creative strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Manage content calendar, community engagement, and growth strategies.
- Track performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
- **Paid Advertising (PPC/Meta Ads/Google Ads)**:

- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on ad performance and budget utilization.
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Create engaging digital content (blogs, creatives, reels, short-form videos, ad copies, etc.).
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing creatives.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand tone.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, social media platforms, and Google Ads Manager.
- Experience in creating and executing content strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
