A Telesales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers over the phone. Key responsibilities include:
- **Outbound Calls**: Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and persuade them to make a purchase.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and generating new leads through research, data, or referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Staying well-informed about the product or service being sold to effectively answer customer questions and handle objections.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
- **Handling Objections**: Addressing customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner to close sales.
- **Updating Records**: Accurately recording customer information, sales, and other relevant data in CRM systems.
- **Cross-selling and Upselling**: Recommending additional products or services to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly.

Pay: ₹9,045.68 - ₹26,847.19 per month
