Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists with drafting the testing methodology and criteria to guide software development implementation for business intelligence integrations.
- Helps develop standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of information technology tools to support business intelligence analysis and reporting.
- Performs research to aid in the development of data and information quality metrics to ensure accurate and relevant software processes and results.
- Helps draft and prepare a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of software development tools to enhance business intelligence decision-making capability.Educational Requirements
