**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain **financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts**.
- Ensure **compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations**.
- Handle **audits, tax filings, and financial risk management**.
- Manage **budgeting, cost control, and financial planning** for business operations.
- Conduct **financial analysis and forecasting** to support decision-making.
- Oversee **vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and ledger management**.
- Ensure **proper internal controls and compliance with accounting standards**.
- Coordinate with **external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions**.
- Support **payroll processing, investment planning, and cost reduction strategies**.
- Keep up-to-date with **financial regulations and industry trends** to ensure best practices.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- **CA Qualification** (from ICAI - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
- Additional certifications in **finance, taxation, or auditing** are a plus.
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations**.

**Experience Required**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial management.
- Prior experience in the **fashion/retail industry** is an advantage.
- Familiarity with **financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliances**.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
