Be responsible for centrally coordinating and managing on a day to day basis. Frequently check fire and security systems for proper operation. Ensure compliance with established rules and regulations

Job description**What you’ll do**

Responsible for providing the safe & healthful work environment at Construction site's

Implementation of HSE procedure & process.

Development of site specific HSE plan including a Risk Assessment & Safe Plan of Action.

Ensuring compliance of all contractors & HSE program and Site specific plan.

Planning of each task by developing Method statement, Risk Assessment & Safe Plan of Action.

Ensuring the HSE orientation to all personnel & Tool box talk meeting.

Conducting HSE observation including Safety Observation report and take corrective action.

Assistance to contractors safety personnel to conduct training, program development, procedure writing.

Monitoring & Evaluation of contractors HSE program & procedure.

Conducting internal Audit, Health & safety Inspection of contractors. Co-ordinate incident management process.

Planning & Scheduling of Training requirement & Periodic Inspection.

Conduct the training & inspection with respect to HSE requirement.

Prepare SOP, fire and safety reports as per security norms
