Font Desk Receptionist for Fast Food Center

As an order taker cashier in a quick service restaurant, your main responsibility will be to take and process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they approach the ordering counter, take their orders accurately and in a timely manner, and enter the orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Make recommendations and upsell products to customers when appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy of orders, especially with any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Process cash and card payments using the POS system and accurately count and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the ordering counter and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions, addressing any concerns, and handling any complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and using a POS system.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
