**Responsibilities**:
**1: Sales-Driven Strategy Formulation**:
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align video content with overarching marketing goals and brand identity.

Conduct thorough research on market trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscapes to shape the sales strategy.

Develop a comprehensive video marketing blueprint, encompassing objectives, target demographics, content concepts, distribution platforms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**2: Staying Ahead of Sales and Industry Trends**:
Remain abreast of the latest trends and top practices in video marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.

Implement ingenious strategies and cutting-edge technologies to maintain the brand's competitive advantage in video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field.
- Driven by targets and a tenacious appetite for sealing deals, with a self-motivated demeanour.
- Demonstrated track record of sales/business development in Creative Video Production or

Digital Marketing firm, specifically in the realm of video marketing, content creation, or related domains. This includes proficiency in crafting TVC ad films, corporate videos, promotional videos, 2D & 3D Animation.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Proficiency in video editing software and relevant tools.
- Possesses a creative mindset with a knack for innovative thinking.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitudes. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus, though not obligatory.
- Analytical prowess for interpreting performance data and making informed decisions.
- Adept at thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with diverse social media platforms and video-sharing websites.
- A portfolio showcasing successful video marketing campaigns is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
