**Job Title: Security Guard & Warehouse Supervisor - Event Company**

**Location**: Vashi Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time (12-hour shifts)

**Accommodation**: Provided at the warehouse

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible **Security Guard & Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee the security and inventory management of our event company’s warehouse. The role involves monitoring the premises, preventing theft or unauthorized access, managing stock, supervising truck loading/unloading, and ensuring proper documentation of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Security & Safety**:

- Monitor and patrol the warehouse premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or any unauthorized activity.
- Control access to the warehouse and verify the identity of visitors, vendors, and staff.
- Ensure security systems (CCTV, alarms, locks) are functioning properly.
- Respond to emergencies, such as fire hazards or break-ins, and report them immediately.

**Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Supervise truck loading and unloading, ensuring materials are handled properly.
- Inspect materials for any damage and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock-keeping and organization of warehouse materials.
- Track stock levels and report low inventory to the management.
- Prepare and verify delivery challans and stock transfer documents.

**Administrative & Computer Work**:

- Maintain digital records of inventory using basic computer skills (Excel, inventory management software, etc.).
- Generate and maintain stock reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics team regarding shipments and deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warehouse security or inventory management preferred.
- Ability to work long shifts (12 hours) and stay at the warehouse.
- Physically fit and alert at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and disciplined.
- Ability to read and write for maintaining security and inventory logs.
