**Position overview**

**Position Description**
- Conduct estimates, risk/issues management, project planning, tracking, resource management and conduct status reporting to executive levels of the organization
- Partner with Executives and Senior Leadership to support and drive results throughout the organization. Develop a culture of consistent and disciplined project management; identify best practices, create recommendations, and lead improvement efforts
- Participate in required train-the-trainer classes to obtain certification
- Conduct training to external audiences such as vendors, contractors and clients in person or using web conferencing tools and technology globally
- Create curriculum as required. Provide feedback to curriculum developers through participation in pilot and beta testing; gather input from employees and customer feedback systems to make recommendations for curriculum revisions and creation.
- Lead operational projects, consult, analyze and identify training needs make recommendations to the department management and site management teams
- Continually monitor training consumption against competency requirements of individuals
- Assist with the creation and update of all manner of curriculum related to site or project specifics including web-based learning materials. Using online development tools and related templates as required.
- Lead internal projects including process improvement or enterprise-wide initiatives requiring training deployment strategy or involvement. This includes leading the training on regional and/or global account implementations.
- Assume ongoing ownership of identified tools, processes, or programs
- Consult with site/regional leadership to identify and analyze regional training requirements, scheduling training resources
- Work with peers to secure training resources if needed. Accountable for accuracy of training schedules, implementation support and program specific deployments.
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality for information shared/observed by position
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
- Work independently and interdependently across CWT to ensure initiatives are supported effectively
- Project a favorable image of the company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all its areas of endeavor
- Keep immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
- Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
- Ensure curriculum designed by the team meets CWT brand standards and adult learning requirements. Maintain materials that are written and organized for optimal readability and usability by our customer.

**Qualifications**:
**Position Requirements**
- College degree or equivalent and 5 plus years previous training delivery experience, preferably in similar type of business environment
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and technical instruction skills
- Excellent consultation skills
- Proficient in written communication, curriculum development and editing
- Strong travel industry knowledge, including international travel and soft skills
- Working knowledge of adult learning theories
- Knowledge of the best ways to write and structure written material to make learning easier for the end user
- Must possess the ability to troubleshoot technology issues relating to web conferencing, on-line survey/test programs, Microsoft Office program and our int
