Abhi Vairavan’s Plumbing Co is located in Chennai Tamil Nadu, We are retailing and whole selling of sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.

- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answering all calls and directing as needed.
- Scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
- Provide visitors with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- House Keeping maintenance.

**Requirement**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.

**Qualification : Graduate with any specialization**

**Experience : 1 to 5 years**

**Salary : 13000 to 18000 Gross / Per month**
