**Job brief**

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

**Responsibilities**
- With an ample work experience of User Experience based on user research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data & combine this analytical approach to design with latest design trends (Android, iOS, Responsive web design)
- Exposure to Cross-Channel UI/UX Design across web, Mobile App and Web
- Produce UI/UX requirements and design documentation, including interface specification
- Wireframe and Prototyping design and documentation
- Design Visually Appealing, highly usable and intuitive user interfaces
- Working with senior management to determine milestones and deliverables, assessing user experience needs and coordination
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find ability)
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- **Create and design visual content**: Develop innovative and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**

Below are the qualifications expected of a UX designer:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
- Working knowledge of UI & UX design principles
- User Center Design Processes and Methodologies
- Information Architecture, Task Analysis, Heuristic Evaluation,
- Cross Channel Design
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years

**Job Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
