- Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity Transformers, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, Capacitors etc.,
- Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
- Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
- Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement of electrical inspectorate.
- Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
- Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
- Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
- Root cause analysis for the failures.
- Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system
- Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
- Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
- Thorough Knowledge in performance analysis of mechanical equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
- Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures.
- Preparation of Contractual letters, replies, notices etc.
- Understand and works according to the scope of contract
- Preparation of budget & cost tracking
- Managing Subcontracts, vendor contracts, supply agreements, Purchase orders, amendments.
- Anticipating legal & contractual risks and mitigation.
- Document controlling.
- Managing consumer complaints, RTIs etc.
- Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
- Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
- Root cause analysis for the failures if any.
- Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
- Teamwork, Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Positive Thinking, Creativity, Decision Making, Empathy, Time Management, Leadership Skills, High Impact on Influencing.
