**Job Title: Sales Executive - Cement and Bricks Manufacturing Sector**

As part of our growth plan, we are hiring dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building long-term relationships, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the success of a leading construction materials company.
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales and Business Development**
Identify potential customers and business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking events, and digital platforms.
Create and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan to achieve assigned targets.
Attend industry expos, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
Establish contacts with architects, project consultants, civil engineers, contractors, and builders to generate sales leads.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues quickly.
Provide technical information and product support to clients, assisting them in selecting the right product for their project needs.
Regularly visit client sites to assess product performance and gather feedback.
**3. Negotiation and Closing Deals**
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules in line with company policy.
Prepare detailed quotations and sales agreements tailored to client specifications.
Work closely with the finance team to follow up on payments and credit control.
**4. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis**
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings.
Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify new market segments and opportunities.
**5. Coordination and Logistics**
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
