**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call
- Motivate advisors for more Sales
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers
- Work on the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell

**Salary**: ₹21,500.00 - ₹31,500.00 per month
