**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to inform them about our services and the admissions process.
- Answer inbound calls from interested parties seeking information about educational programs and admission procedures.
- Schedule consultations between prospective students and our admissions consultants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of different educational programs, admission tests, and requirements to provide accurate information.
- Update and manage the caller database with information from interactions and ensure all communications are logged and followed up.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest educational trends and admission policies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets set by the management team in terms of lead generation and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and engaging personality.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle stress and rejection in a high-call volume environment.
