**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts diligently to identify outstanding debts.
- Exhibit effective team management and leadership skills.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill meticulously.
- Take proactive measures to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds proficiently.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer credit issues promptly.
- Maintain updated account status records and diligently pursue collections.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

**Requirements**:

- A robust understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and partner information.
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- Proficiency in mathematical skills.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with accounting software and online platforms.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
