**Job Description - GSA (Guest Service Associate)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Talk to customers politely and solve their problems quickly to make sure they are happy.
- Listen to guest complaints or requests about food and service, and help them with a smile.
- Work well with your team and other departments to give the best service.

**Daily Operations**:

- Set up tables, chairs, and other items before service starts. Check that everything is clean and ready.
- Learn the menu well so you can answer customer questions about the food.
- Clear dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables and set them up for the next guests.
- Take customer orders if the supervisor is not around and tell them about special dishes.
- Know where emergency exits are and follow safety rules.
- Report any broken equipment or unusual activities to your supervisor.

**Managing Resources**:

- Use restaurant items like food, plates, and tools carefully to avoid waste.
- Help keep breakage, theft, and food spoilage as low as possible.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Age Limit**: 19 to 30 years old.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
