**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver effective English language training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop customized training plans.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote active learning and student participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help employees improve their English language skills.
- Monitor the progress and performance of participants and adjust training strategies as needed.
- Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an English Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
