Responsibility - Recruitment & Deployment of Security Personnel at assigned client locations
- Manage Deployment in accordance with duty roster
- Ensuring timely approval of Attendance by the client
- Ensuring timely acknowledgment of Invoices
- Management of assigned clients with Zero vacancy.
- Should have flair knowledge for Security & customer relations activities.
- Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Interviews witnesses and obtains signatures as needed.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conduct an initial security training needs assessment and regular needs assessments for new and emergent threats.
- Develop an introductory security plan for all new hires taking into account all of the foregoing.
- Conduct regular document reviews of extant security plans and policies and update edit or improve as required.
- Review and make recommendations regarding safety/security requirements of the clients.
- Managing guard force to ensure consistent and high-quality service to clients.
- Meeting clients and ensuring client satisfaction with service.
- Support in recruiting guards & housekeepers for new and existing contracts to maintain operational excellence & quality at assigned sites.
- Problem solving and ensuring no drop-in services (blank duties, overtime etc.) at assigned client sites.
- Daily reporting and ensuring crime free facility for assigned clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
