**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Financial Reporting**

o Prepare consolidated financial statements of the Group

o Prepare standalone financial statements

**2.**Month-End Closing**

o Support in month end closing activities like forex run of AP and AR, balance reclass entries.

o Review of BS/PnL schedules of various areas.

o Lease accounting entries and maintain the lease tracker.

**3.**Reconciliations & Controls**

o Prepare and review key reconciliations including intercompany, and vendor/customer balances.

o Identify and resolve open items within timelines.

**4.**Audit & Compliance**

o Support statutory and internal audits by ensuring timely availability of audit schedules and documentation.

**5.**System & Process Improvements**

o Work with tech teams/ERP to automate repetitive tasks and streamline accounting processes.

o Drive SOP implementation and internal control enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience or Non CA with 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Prior experience in controllership, accounting is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
- Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
