**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Management.
- Scheduling and Routes.
- Communication and Coordination.
- Reporting.
- Record Maintenance.
- System Updates and Data Validation.
- Support for Transport Department.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and correct data entry errors.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of school transportation procedures and logistics (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Information Technology, Transport Management) is preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in data entry (required).
- Experience in a school transportation or logistics-related role (preferred).
- Familiarity with transportation management software or school bus scheduling tools (preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with database management software or transportation management systems (e.g., Transfinder, BusBoss).

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain flexibility with scheduling and occasional adjustments in route planning.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or software used in the transport system.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines when necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
