**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and Inbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products or services to prospects and provide relevant information.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to encourage sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demos for interested prospects.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
