We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our team at **MKG Promoters and Developers**. The role involves selling residential plots, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets in Kurali, Punjab.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers interested in buying residential plots.
- Convince and attract customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details.
- Maintain healthy client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries and guide them throughout the buying process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Punjab is an advantage.
