**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the technical team for installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with **IE Rules, C-License requirements**, and safety standards.
- Plan and allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues on-site.
- Inspect, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, safety checks, and compliance reports.
- Manage tools, materials, and resources to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce workplace safety policies.
- Liaise with statutory authorities for inspections, approvals, and certifications.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Valid **C-License** issued by [State Electrical Licensing Board].
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in electrical installation, operation, and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and statutory regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant electrical testing tools/software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
