**Description**:
Oversee farming activities (including field crops, horticultural crops, agro-forestry etc.) at Motipur Farms, for optimal yield and cost management.
- Supervise quality operations in the fields, orchards and fishery including planting, irrigation, weeding, disease / pest management
- Supervise labour work and progress
- Oversee security and safekeeping of land, boundary and crops
- Ensure maintenance of farm equipment and farm assets at site

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
