**Job Summary**:
As a Tendering Specialist at Willys Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by managing the tendering process from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the preparation, submission, and management of tenders and proposals are executed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial in securing new projects and contracts for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Tender Documentation Preparation: Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including technical and commercial proposals, bid bonds, and other required materials for tender submissions.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and industry trends to tailor tender submissions to meet client needs.
3. Bid Management: Manage the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submission and post-tender activities.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment in tender submissions.
5. Compliance: Ensure that all tender submissions meet the required legal, financial, and regulatory compliance standards.
6. Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for contracts.
7. Cost Estimation: Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
8. Documentation Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender documents, contracts, and correspondence related to the tendering process.
9. Post-Tender Analysis: Analyze the results of tender submissions, gather feedback, and continuously improve the tendering process.
10. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on the status of tenders, including success rates, bid/no-bid decisions, and revenue forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in tendering, proposal management, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of tendering regulations, procurement processes, and contract management.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software (if applicable).
6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
**Salary**: ₹10,984.04 - ₹18,000.00 per month
