**Role**:We are looking for a relationship/sexuality therapist (Psychologists) in this pre seed-stage Health tech startup. This leader will have a chance to work closely with the founder and investors to create an awe-inspiring customer care strategy for the company from scratch

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **To counsel people through audio/video calls in the age above 18 years 2. Understand the problem and treat by giving therapy around sexual dysfunction or relationship concern one is facing

3. To explain the steps involved in understanding the root and the level of issues related to sexual and reproductive health. 4. Creating content on Sexual and reproductive health.

5. To encourage people suffering with sexual dysfunctions to start their treatment.

6. Psychologists are not expected to prescribe medicines to users

**Education and Work Experience**:
**1. **Masters degree completed in clinical psychology/M Phil licenced psychologists

**2. **Deep interest in solving humanity problems

**3. **Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English

**4. **5 years + of experience in patient handling

**5. **Basic knowledge of problems related to sexual dysfunctions like.( if required advanced training will be given by pioneers in sexual health at)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
