Junior Chemist

**Job profile**:

- Synthesis of organic compounds from gm to kg scale within the given timeline.
- Can perform under pressure, handle multiple assignments and changes in strategy.
- Timely, complete, and correct entries in lab notebook.
- Communicating with colleagues, organization-wide across all levels.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and accident-free work environment
- Maintaining neat and tidy personal and common use spaces
- Maintaining instruments and equipment in the lab for increased life and fewer breakdowns

**Required Skill Set**:

- M. Sc. in organic chemistry or analytical chemistry from reputed university.
- Hard core R & D experience (Fresher or 1-2 yrs) in synthesizing molecules from gm to kg scale.
- Experience in similar industry / products or any other related organic products would be required.
- Sound knowledge of structural elucidation & interpretation of spectra using NMR, IR, HPLC, GC, Mass Spectra essential
- Knowledge of literature search with various scientific software
- Preparing project reports
- Good communication and presentation skills (English)
- Proficient in computers
- Proven ability to handle projects independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
