**Hindi & Marathi Teacher (Classes 1-4)**

**Location**: Bhukum, Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver **Hindi and Marathi lessons** as per the **CBSE curriculum**.
- Develop **language skills** through storytelling, rhymes, role-play, and interactive activities.
- Introduce students to **basic grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation** in both languages.
- Encourage students to practice **oral and written communication** confidently.
- Conduct **fun and engaging learning activities**, such as poetry recitation, skits, and language games.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through **worksheets, tests, and assignments**.
- Provide **individual attention** to students needing extra support.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive** learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure **holistic development** of students.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Hindi/Marathi/Languages/Education.
- **Minimum 2 years of teaching experience** in a CBSE or reputed school (preferred).
- Strong understanding of **CBSE language curriculum and NEP 2020 recommendations**.
- Excellent **oral and written communication skills** in both **Hindi and Marathi**.
- Ability to create an **engaging and joyful** learning experience for young students.
- Proficiency in **interactive teaching techniques** and classroom management.
