**Responsibilities**:
- Familiarity with different mobile device (IOS and Android) and models.
- Diagnose hardware issues in mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Repair or replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, speakers, and other parts.
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and performance of repaired devices.
- Provide accurate repair estimates to customers and communicate repair options and recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
